How do I know this part will fit my car?
Every product page lists the exact years, models, and OEM part numbers the part replaces. Cross-reference the old OEM number printed on your existing part with the "Replaces OEM #" listed in our specifications table. If your number matches, the part is a direct fit. If you're unsure, send us a photo of your original part and we'll confirm compatibility before you order — just use the contact form or email us.
Is this a genuine OEM part or aftermarket?
Our parts are upgraded aftermarket reproductions, built to replace OEM components that are either discontinued, known to fail with age, or no longer manufactured to the original quality. Every part is injection-molded (never 3D-printed), uses premium materials like PTFE wiring and Viton seals where applicable, and is tested over thousands of real-world miles before we list it for sale. In many cases — like the BMW V12 throttle encoder or the Mercedes fuel level senders — our version is engineered to outlast and outperform the original factory part.
What's your warranty and return policy?
Most of our parts include a 1-year full parts replacement warranty against manufacturing defects. If a part fails within that period, contact us with your order number and we'll replace it. Returns of unused, uninstalled parts in original packaging are accepted within 30 days of delivery. Please note that installed electrical and fuel system parts are non-returnable for safety reasons, but they are covered under the warranty.
How long does shipping take and where do you ship from?
We ship worldwide from the EU. Standard delivery to most of Europe takes 3–7 business days. Delivery to the UK, US, Canada, Australia, and Asia typically takes 7–14 business days depending on customs. Tracking is provided for every order. You'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number within 24 hours of dispatch.
Are these parts tested before they're sold?
Yes. Every product in our catalog has been validated through real-world testing — not just bench tested. For example, our Mercedes W140 fuel level sender was validated on a 1993 W140 S500, our VW Mk2 fuel pumps were tested across multiple vehicles before release, and our fuel pump assemblies are road-tested for thousands of miles to confirm long-term reliability. We don't sell parts we wouldn't install in our own cars.
